British Rebel Killed in Chechnya
March 9, a Chechen rebel with a British Pasport has been killed in the course of a special operation in Kurchalaevsky district.
The deceased Yasin Binatia is a native of Algeria who got to Chechnya through Azerbaijan and Georgia. One more foreign mercenary was killed, at one of the videorecords he called himself Osman Laruine. He stated he had gotten to the republic using a false French pasport, RIA Novosti reports. Special services managed to find a base, where 10 rebels had been hiding. The search discovered electric detonators, some 50 kilograms of trotyl, and other ammunition and videos.
