Banners’ format, contents and location are submitted to the approval of Kommersant-Online Service on a case-by-case basis.
Terms of placing advertisements:
- Advertisements that contradict current statutory requirements of the Russian Federation by claiming inequality of sex, race, nationality, religion, social and economic status, as well as those of abusive and/or pornographic character will not be accepted.
- "Kommersant-Online" reserves the right to decline advertising materials without further explanation of the reasons.

700х90: Format *.fla / *.gif, maximum file size 25 K
300х150: Format *.fla / *.gif, maximum file size 25 K.
* To place your flash-banner we need:
- Clip (*.swf)
- Stub (*.gif / *.jpg)
- Code (*.html)
All the information and inscriptions on banners should be presented in English.
Banners should not contain any misleading elements.
In the course of advertising campaign the client is given a guest access
to statistics of clicks and impressions per hour, day or week.
